    I am SafeNet client and was really interested in this video as some of our costumers are moving from individual SL licenses to Network licenses and I, being no IT expert, would like to make sure that this happens without any problems. Unfortunately this video has provided very little help since the presenter goes through the steps so quickly that it is almost impossible to see what he is doing (he has clearly no experience in doing tutorials). For example, it seems that we need to generate a C2V file on the customer machine: How? And if the machine being cleared doesn't have the Sentinel software (most cases). Do we just sent it to the client and tell him to run it?
    I would be very grateful if you could send me (or point to me where I can find) some detailed documentation about this.
